To begin, I rarely write a review. I had been looking for a high quality black leash with gold hardware to go with a luxury harness I had already purchased. When I received the crossbody leash I was amazed at such a high quality product that honesty made my luxury brand harness somehow feel less than the Hound product I received. I reached out to the company because I felt like I needed a smaller width leash because of how substantial the leash was compared to the harness. I was met with the most exceptional customer service I have ever received. It was suggested that they custom make a crossbody leash in a width that would exactly complement my harness which worked out perfectly. It was also suggested that I keep my original leash that had been sent so I ordered a Hound harness to match. The quality, the fit, the ease of use and the company's customer service is outstanding. If I could give 6 stars I would. If you are hesitating in any way, don't. You will not be disappointed!

Not only is the fit amazing, but the quality has completely exceeded my expectations. Unlike other harnesses, it doesn’t tangle or mat my puppy’s hair, which has been a huge plus. It’s also surprisingly puppy-chew proof and has held up beautifully through all the teething and playful antics.

First, I contacted the company before I ordered because my frenchie is a tougher fit than most. She has a big barrel chest and a short neck. She has IVDD near her shoulders so harnesses that slide back irritate her, and while she wears collars I dont ever use a leash on a collar. It has to be a harness. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful, supportive and understanding of Lola’s issues. Second, the minute you see these products the quality is apparent. The buckles and clips are beautiful and solid, and the jellie material looks and feels luxurious. And last, the fit is actually really, really good even for my problematic girl. The harness is easily adjustable, it doesnt slide back, and most importantly it doesnt sit too high on her throat. I’m impressed.
