After placing my order, they followed my dog Gary’s Instagram (@thatfrenchguygary) and quickly reached out to recommend a better size for him. They changed the order immediately without me having to cancel or re-order anything. That level of attention and care is rare these days. Their customer service was truly top-tier, and it’s refreshing to see another company that clearly takes pride in how they treat their customers.
The quality of the harness itself is also unlike anything I’ve seen on the market. I have a fluffy Frenchie with a merle coat, and I love being able to show off his fluffiness rather than covering it up with bulky harnesses. This design is incredibly minimalistic and stylish while still feeling extremely well-made and durable. It’s the first harness I’ve found that highlights his coat without compromising quality.

I am so greatful for this amazing company!! I rescued a French bulldog from death row in California, drive him to Ny where I live. I knew I wanted his first collar to be so special! I couldn’t possibly think of another company that I wanted to use. I knew right away I wanted it to be a hound collection jelly in saddle! I placed the order just in time bc I also received the tiny little Valentines heart charm! When the collar came I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer service and they were AMAZING!! They said they would ship the correct size right away, no additional cost, and do donate the one collar that doesn’t fit! I can’t wait to place my next order for the matching leash and harness set! I want to eventually have EVERY color!!!
